Went here on Saturday 26th September. All I can say is that the place looks very authentic so you would expect really good Italian food and friendly service. What a complete joke!! We ordered two drinks ~ a vodka, lime & lemonade and a glass of house rose. The waiter brought over a bottle of rose so we returned it. The starter was fine, no problems with that although it was just garlic bread with mozzarella. The main course arrived and looks absolutely awful. We ordered an asparagus and mushroom pasta which basically looked like pasta with tinned tomatoes thrown over. The worst of the meals was a chicken and mushroom risotto which was dry, had no sauce, the rice wasn't risotto rice and there was no chicken in it. The waiter brought over the meals and asked if we wanted Parmesan cheese, we said yes. He immediately brought over a black peppermill and ground pepper all over one of the meals. We just sat there gobsmacked that he was the one who asked if we wanted parmesan but he brought over the wrong thing! We were so appalled by the quality of the meal that we complained and sent the food back. We didn't even mention that the waiter seemed completely lacking in communication and listening skills! I wouldn't recommend eating here to anyone. It was truly awful. The waiting staff need re-training and as for the chef...he needs to go back to cookery school.
