Nestled in Mere, near Knutsford, in the heart of Cheshire, Mere Court Hotel was originally built in 1903 as a wedding gift for William and Amy Dunkerley. Today, it has been lovingly restored into a luxury country house hotel, set within beautiful landscaped grounds. At the heart of the original house lies the charming Lakeside Restaurant, offering a truly special dining experience. From intimate dinners and business meals to family celebrations, the menu showcases the very best of seasonal ingredients, complemented by an extensive selection of fine wines from around the world.
