Stumbled across this chippy when out for a walk, waiting for the illuminations to be switched on. Decided to use the diner and was well pleased with the friendly, polite and helpful young staff, a credit to the establishment, the food was good as well.

The best fish and chips ever! The chips were crispy and fluffy and the fish was lovely and crispy too and not soggy and greasy like so many are! Will definitely go back!

Very tasty fish, fluffy chips, peas are to die for! Staff are very pleasant in the take away and the restaurant. Don't be put off by the young looking staff they have, they are all very polite. All round fantastic.

called in at 7pm on a night time,no puddings was told stopped cooking them at this time of night.got some chips which when got home were horrible,paid £1.30 for about 15 chips which tasted crap.we never go there again

Well again i've tried this restaurant, and again I can truly say in my honest opinion, that it is far better than others on:
Red Bank Rd. Fish is so tasty and chips are fresh and taste really nice. Would recommend this place to all, give it a try you will not be disappointed, trust me.

Well what can I say, taken over by new management 18 months ago, and what a difference, this fish I would recommend to anybody and would say the best tasting in town and I tried a few in this area? beautifully cooked to my satisfaction as I like mine well done, and the nice fishy flavour, not like a few round here which I think taste quite bland, so give them a try and trust me you will not be disappointed, all Hollands pies etc go down well.
