Paid £20 deposit for a table for 2 for Valentines night.
Hounded by several emails before we arrived reminding us of our booking and informing our table would only be held for 15 mins after our booking time.
When sat at our table background music was far too loud and selection of music certainly didn't reflect the evening theme.
Food was average and it looked like the only thing cooked fresh was the steak.
However, my main complaint is around the bill. When our bill came the £20.00 deposit we had paid had not been deducted. Now I accept that mistakes happen but we sat and watched numerous people returning the bill because the deposit had not been deducted. I also suspect that many will have left without remembering about the deposit they had already paid. This really is unacceptable and I will really have to think hard about visiting this restaurant again. So disappointed :(

The most outstanding feature of our visit was the service. Very friendly and professional for all staff. they clearly have been very well trained and allowed to express their own positive personalities. Food was good too.
