At 1443 hrs 23/9/2012 I ordered and paid for a large expresso @ £1.29. from a member of your staff with the name Ben on the receipt. After a considerable length of time he served me with a minature cup of cold coffee.I pointed out this was not my order. Ben refused to address this problem.
