About The Naz

The Naz has been a fixture of the Monton dining scene for two decades now but remains as popular as ever. In fact, September 2019 saw the management team visiting The House Of Lords to receive an award for ‘North West Bangladeshi Restaurant of the Year’ in the National Curry Awards. The restaurant is on the main Monton drag and spreads over two floors with the upper floor ideal for larger groups and parties. The Naz has a smart and contemporary feel with tiled floors, cream leather banquettes and colourful strip lighting and is open seven days a week from 4.30pm (4pm Sundays) to 11.30 pm (midnight at weekends). The extensive menu covers all the classic curries along with a great selection of speciality dishes such as their own Bhindi Ghosht, Lamb cooked with fresh okra, onions, tomatoes, garlic and blend of chef’s spices, garnished with coriander. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free choices are clearly marked on the menu and Takeaway is available at www.thenazeccles.co.uk

What a fantastic place to go for a curry. A really well laid out restaurant, with smartly dressed attentive friendly staff. The food was excellent quality, and the service was really good. We were really impressed with cost as well. We took our own drinks, and the staff brought us the glasses straight away, no having to wait. Already planning our next visit.

Always enjoy coming to the Naz - food is always delicious and seems to get even more so each time we visit! Best place for Indian food in my opinion. Love visiting and sitting and having a meal there but also food is still just as good when ordering it online as well. Staff are always very friendly and accommodating and service is quick.
