Recommended by friends so visited for birthday expecting elegant and classy night. Couldn't have been further from truth. Treated like nameless number. No personal touch at all.Told our table would be late even though it was far from full. Tried to serve us flat champagne at £7.50 a glass. Tried to stick us on table with column in middle of it. Then told meal we were eagerly awaiting was unavailable. Walked out in disgust. Never again.
