Oakleys is housed within a historic listed building that is one of the oldest buildings in Skipton. Spread over three floors, it was originally a rag mill but has been a restaurant since 2008. The decor is sympathetic to the building’s roots with wooden floors and tables and pictures on the walls of days gone by. The extensive menu includes pizzas, pastas, burgers and salads, all of which are available gluten free. There’s also a good-value set price menu available weekdays. Oakleys also runs a popular collection service too for their savoury ready meals and famous cheesecake.
