We went to the old post office for dinner Friday evening on recommendation from a friend, we were not disappointed. The staff were friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. The food was absolutely superb, We had fresh crab risotto to start followed by roast loin of st fagans pork, which we were informed actually came from the farm at the folk museum across the road! for dessert we had ginger pannacotta with rhubarb and a sticky toffee pudding both were outstanding and a perfect end to a lovely evening. We will be back.

Been to the old post office a few times in the past year and i have to say i have received a very friendly welcome on each occasion. The food is excellent with a good choice of dishes and cooked to perfection. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone, its definitely one of the best places to eat in Cardiff.
