About Olive Tree

The Olive Tree is a family owned Mediterranean restaurant in the heart of Bridport in Dorset. Everything is cooked to order here in the open kitchen using fresh, local produce that’s sourced from local growers and fishermen as much as possible with suppliers namechecked on the website. Seafood is a speciality but the lunch and evening menus offer an extensive choice. The Olive Tree is open every day for both lunch and dinner and it’s known throughout the county for it’s great food and friendly service. And if you’re planning a private party or event, there is an upstairs private dining room available.

We had an absolutely delicious meal at The Olive Tree in Bridport on the evening of Tuesday 6th October. The service was impressive and it was really nice to see an independent restaurant so busy. We will definitely be returning

WE had a really lovely meal at the Olive tree on the 3th September to celebrate my birthday . We had fish of the day which was sea Bas and my husband had the lamb Beautifully presented and tasted wonderful with the seasonal veg Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff Thank you

We had a great dinner at the Olive Tree. Been there before albeit many years ago and being in Bridport again it was a good choice for our "celebration" dinner. The catch of the day was seabass and it tasted exquisit. Great starters & desserts & wine as well. Good & pleasant service. Very recommended.
