About Omni Malton

Omni is an independent bar in Malton market place with sharing plates to complement the extensive drinks selection. On the bar you'll find Yorkshire real ales, premium lagers, cider and Guinness all on draught as well as lovely wines by the glass and bottle. There's also a fabulous selection of local gins, vodka and other spirits and delicious cocktails, mocktails and an alcohol-free range to suit all tastes. The menu is made for sharing, either to complement your drinks or for a meal in itself where 5-6 dishes per couple is the norm. You'll hear an excellent playlist too at Omni and dogs are very welcome.

Yet another fantastic night at Omni. We visited Christmas eve and had some delicious Christmas cocktails and tapas. Service was brilliant as always. We will be back again soon!

Great service and experience at the Omni. The staff were polite throughout and curious. The resturant is in a great location in Malton. The food we had was very good from start to finish, and extremely well prepared. We also had a quality bottle of French wine, and homemade desserts.

Fabulous food and atmosphere . With an excellent range of meat, fish and vegetable small plates and friendly service in a great atmosphere we can't recommend this independent restaurant enough.

Omni is our happy place. Gemma treats all of her customers to a very warm welcome. Food is always beautiful with a menu that changes regularly. Fantastic choice of drinks with great beer and lovely wine. Dogs are always given a bowl of water and little plate of treats which is a lovely touch. If you want a treat go to Omni, you'll be well looked after and well fed.

We stopped in on a rainy Thursday night to the warm Omni bar. We had reserved a table and placed food orders ahead of time. We were there for drinks and some snacks and Omni delivered that well. The service was professional and friendly, though they seemed a bit harried even though it wasn't that busy. We had a very nice charcuterie plate - perhaps a bit more bread would be good, but all the meats and pickled veg were lovely. The ham with parmesan and truffle was very good and the fries hot and crispy. The wine and beer selection were good. I would like to see a cocktail list that included some less sweet things than were on the wall menu, but to be fair, we didn't ask if they could make a margarita or a dry martini. We will certainly be back again,

We had our Christmas party for 8 persons here and it was lovely, hadn’t “done” a tapas themed meal before, but it was great. Good food well prepared, nice variety of dishes including sprouts ! Great atmosphere, attentive staff, and everyone thought it was great value with cocktails and 4 bottles of wine, with liqueurs & port to finish. I wish we lived closer to come again as soon as possible. Thank you for a great evening

I’ve eaten at every establishment in Malton, Pickering, Helmsley, and surrounding areas. Omni has to be the best place to go I’ve ever been. I will not dine out anywhere else (by choice) the quality is unmatched of both food and beverages. I constantly tell anyone I know to try the place. Ant, Gem & the whole team are an absolute asset to North Yorkshire,
