About Papa Luigis

Restaurants tend to come and go but Papa Luigis in Euxton, near Chorley, has been serving traditional Italian food to Lancashire’s diners for more than 35 years now. It’s housed in what was once a spacious old pub and can comfortably accommodate more than 100 people in the main dining space. There’s also a private function room that can seat up to 20 if you’re planning a special event. Papa Luigis is open for lunch and dinner every day and alongside the extensive a la carte selection there are some great-value daily deals - but you’d be hard-pressed to beat their Monday Madness with any pizza or pasta for just £5.95! You can expect generous portions here and alongside all the classic pizza and pasta faves there’s a great choice of meat and fish main courses. Takeaway is available, collection only, with any pizza or pasta for £7.95.

Have eaten here a few times and the food is usually lovely, however we ate there on Friday 20th March and I was disappointed with my main course. I had the medallion le Pepe but the steak was very fatty and slightly chewy, I left quite a bit of it. Everything else was lovely, we had a garlic bread to share, a children’s pizza and spaghetti carbonara which was also lovely.

I came here last October for my 50th birthday and then again yesterday to catch up with an old friend. On both occasions the service was A1. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure you had the best experience in this fantastic Italian restaurant. All meals are very reasonably priced and generous helpings whatever you decide to order. Food was absolutely delicious and i can definately recommend their Pinot Grigio wine. They have a very tempting choice of desserts too. Tiramisu is my normal go to in a Italian and it was very tasty here. There really isn't anything not to like about this gem in Euxton. I'm going to try and visit here more often as they never fail to give you a top notch Italian food and drink experience.

Very friendly family oriented restaurant. Pleasant staff , good varied menu . Decently stocked bar, all food competitively priced. Food arrived hot and in a timely fashion Service was very professional and quick. Overall a very pleasant evening with good food and a friendly fun area.

Love papa luigis, but as a couple we would rather not be sat next to a rowdy family, with a mother Who loved the sound of her own voice, suggestion please!! If possible have an area only for families, other restaurants operate this system, so couples like us can enjoy a quiet meal, really spoilt it for us.
