Great local Thai place. The picnic style tables make for a casual and fun atmosphere. The best value for a meal out in London. The starters are great, especially the dumplings and the mains delicious. Make sure to check out their daily specials. They also have nice vegetarian meals as well as curries and usual Thai dishes.
A meal for two: starters, mains, wine - around GBP 30! Amazing. The wines are nothing offensive, but also not fabulous.
This is a no frills place, but with easy location, fast/helpful service, good food, great value and an easy way to have a meal out.
Don't be intimidated if the line is long (and even out the door). It generally moves quickly and often you can order a beer while you wait. If you are taking a date or lady there, two things to keep in mind: it can be loud, so this is not an intimate dinner. The other thing is that you sit on long benches. If she is in a skirt (especially a short one) this can prove difficult/revealing/humorous while trying to sit down for the meal.
