About Rileys Taproom and Wine Bar

Just round the corner from Chorley Market and the St George’s Quarter, Rileys Taproom and Wine Bar is owned and run by husband-and-wife team Michael and Jules Riley. Good beer is Michael’s passion and there are 14 beers on tap and two on cask. Julie handles the wine list and cocktails with 25 wines now available by the glass. The menu offers a selection of small plates and sharing platters based around locally sourced produce and crafted to complement the extensive wine and beer selection. Rileys has a welcoming vibe with plenty of seating inside and a small suntrap terrace out front. There is also live music here on alternate Sunday afternoons.

Another fabulous evening at Riley’s. The service, atmosphere, food and drinks is always amazing. Had the usual meat and cheese board. Absolutely delicious. My friend had never been and she ab loved it too.

First time we have been there and had something to eat. We had the Charcuterie Plate, the Cheese Board and a Baked Camembert. All very nice and washed down with a few bottles of wine. Good selection of beers and wine, the staff are very friendly, would definitely recommend a visit. The Independent bars around Chorley are definitely smashing it, all of them seemed busy, which was good to see around the the town.

Great food platters and wine flights at very reasonable prices. Staff very friendly. A great venue in Chorley. It does get very busy so would recommend booking a table if you want food.
