A fixture of Southport’s seafront Ocean Plaza retail and leisure park for almost two decades now, Roberto’s Italian is a modern and vibrant venue with polished wooden floors, smart lighting and a real buzz. There’s even a Vespa scooter parked in front of a huge image of Rome’s Colosseum at night as you enter so there’s no mistaking what’s on the menu! Expect traditional Italian cuisine with a wide choice of pizza and pasta dishes as well as salads, burgers, grills and House Favourites such as Italian-style chicken and Saltimbocca alla Romana. Tasty homemade desserts too. Roberto’s has seating both inside and outside and there is free parking for up to five hours which works really well if you want to eat and catch a movie at the Vue Cinema or try your hand at the 20-lane Tenpin Bowling Alley next door. In short, it’s a great place to dine out and it has bagged a string of awards over the years to prove it.
