Executive Chef Surinder Rana is a catering technology graduate from the northern hills of India with extensive experience working in the kitchens of international five-star hotels including the Marriott chain and Bukhara in Bangladesh. He’s now brought his take on authentic Indian cuisine to Lytham’s Henry Street. Royal Indian Restaurant by Rana offers an extensive selection of curries, tandoori favourites and traditional dishes with dine-in, takeaway and early bird menus available every day.
