Awful!!! Myself and boyfriend visited this restaurant on Friday with a groupon voucher. Bear in mind it took several attempts and then a Complaint made to finally get a reservation. As soon as we mentioned we had a groupon voucher whilst trying to book a table we were told they were fully booked. When we did get a table we were treated second class because we had a voucher and were even persuaded by the waiter not to use the voucher. The food was ridiculously bland We ordered 2 different curries and both tasted exactly the same and with not much flavour at all. My advice - if you want a delicious Thai meal go to Chaophraya!!!!

This place is running a scam whereby all payments are cash only. They've been peddling the old 'the credit card machine is broken' for months and months now. Shame really as this is a decent place to eat.

DO NOT EAT HERE! WE HAD A CLAM DISH TO START, OF WHICH A LARGE PLATE OF CLAMS IN THEIR SHELLS WERE PRESENTED, BUT THERE WERE ONLY FOUR SHELLS WITH CLAMS ACTUALLY INSIDE, THE REST WERE EMPTY! WE COMPLAINED AND WERE TOLD THAT THE CHEF WOULDN'T SERVE EMPTY SHELLS, I SAID WELL HE DID, I WAS THEN TOLD NO HE WOULDN'T. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER AND WAS TOLD I WAS SPEAKING TO THE OWNER. SHE NEEDS TO ASK HER STAFF FOR TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AS THEY OBVIOUSLY HAD RECEIVED BETTER TRAINING. SHE CONTINUED WITH HER RUDENESS AND WOULD NOT HAVE IT THAT I WAS TELLING THE TRUTH AND KEPT ARGUING THAT I WAS WRONG. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH BEHAVIOUR FROM A RESTAURANT OWNER AND WHO WAS NOT WILLING TO DEDUCT THIS DISH FROM THE BILL. I WASN'T WILLING TO ARGUE WITH THIS PERSON SO PAID THE BILL IN FULL AND LEFT - NEVER TO RETURN.

My boyfriend and I visited Sabai on Saturday and were amazed at how wonderful the food was. Not only was the food fantastic but the service was great and the setting was perfect. we would strongly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to try something new.

very disappointing. Massaman curry exactly the same as red curry - full of veg including mushrooms! totally unlike ant thai I have had had before both in UK and thailand. Clam curry had 1 open clam and about 20 closed clams on mentioning to waiter he asked did we want something to open them with and then they are not like mussels they do not need to be open. Suggest they get a couple of good cookbooks.

Went on Saturday and had a lovely time . We got the £8.50 business lunch. The food was excellent, staff very pleasant and the decor was top class. Will definitely be going again very soon!

My husband and I went for a meal here on Saturday evening following on from other reader recommendations. The staff were very attentive and pleasant and the food was wonderful. We both had Banquet B. By the end of our meal we couldn't find space for the dessert so just had coffee.Certainly would go again.
