An excellent restaurant. I have eaten in many asian food establishments but have to say this is the best by far. The food is to die for and the service outstanding. The friendly staff make the evening relaxing and not rushed, brilliant with children too. All in all I would give this restaurant 10/10.

Decent food (whatever we could taste)
went to celebrate a B'day, waiter got something wrong on the menu and he accepted but the manger had no courtesy and instead starting blasting the waiter in local language.
Our whole evening was spoiled. while we were trying to eat he took away the dishes from the table....pathetic!!!
Absolutely disgusting service!!!

I visited Saffron in Bradford on Saturday 14th February and was very appalled by the level of service and the standard of food.
Out of a table of 12 of us, 1 starter was forgotten and came out 15 minutes after the rest of the party's starters. We waited an hour and a quarter for a drink order to taken, my main course was forgotten, although one of the waiters tried to give me two dishes that he told me were what I ordered, however I had had my meal before and knew that the first dish was definitely not what I ordered, and the second was the same as what 3 other people on my table had ordered therefore I knew it wasn't my dish either. When I pointed that fact out, the waiter very rudely said "what? you are telling me that's not chicken Aachiri?" "well yes actually I am unless it is meant to taste exactly like the Butter chicken" - I then had to wait half an hour for my main course to arrive, again once the rest of my party had finished their main courses.
I did mention this to somebody at the restaurant who did take the cost off the bill of the main and starter, however very reluctantly, his reason being "well it's Valentines day and we are very busy" well maybe you should have thought of that before booking far too many people in for dinner on the busiest night of the year.
We also noticed that as everybody else was leaving the restaurant, the women were all given roses, alas sadly not the 6 ladies from our table. I guess you only got that if you hadn't had to complain about the service. Not a good bye or a thank you as we left the restaurant either.
I would definitely not recommend Saffron to any body I know based on the horrific experience I received.
I do hope that no one else encounters this behaviour, attitude or service and that it was a one off.
