Sagar Premier, Clayton Brook
Our family have dined at Sagar Premier since they first opened (when the children were little) and now there are four generations of curryholics in the family who continue to enjoy this fine local restaurant. Having reviewed Indian Restaurants around the world while on business trips I have sent Pat Chapman (of the Good Curry Restaurant Guide) numerous reports but no restaurant has consistently enhanced its reputation for quality cuisine and customer service as Sagar Premier.

My family and I have been a customer of Sagar for years and would not go anywhere else! It is a fantastic place, with a friendly environment and fantastic staff and food!

The Sagar Premier has in my opinion always been the best Indian restaurant for miles around, but as it has just been completely refurbished (Nov 09) it's now in a league of it's own. New decor, bar, seating, linen, lighting etc make the ambience quite special.
The food is great and the service friendly and efficient too!
It's the eatery of choice for my whole family !!

decidedly average unimaginative Indian food in an uninspiring supposedly modern Indian venue. however the place was packed which probably says a lot about the locals of Bamber Bridge!

This is by far the best indian restaurant I have visited throughout the north west. I have been many times & just keep coming back. The food is absolutely divine, it can be a bit pricey but worth it & the staff are all very friendly & helpful. Defo recommend this place!

What has happened the food is still outstanding but the last two times i have visited the place is totally dead, far more staff than customers. It's very sad to see this happen to a fantastic restaurant.

The best by a mile. This is the best Asian Restaurant I have found to date and I have tried many. But keep it quite we don't want too many to discover this hidden gem

Gorgeous, well presented food, at average restaurant prices, with good service, that allows you to eat your meal in peace, the only minor issue is the decor, very open plan and at busy times can feel slightly school dinnerish. Overall lovely.
