We had amazing food. An extremely lovely evening among friends until the end. Service was good until the end. We spent a lot of money on the food & drinks and left a decent tip.
Unfortunately our taxi was arriving for 15mins. The atmosphere changed dramatically. We were made to feel very uncomfortable, with extreme banging, noises etc of clearing up as well as the cold blockage against us.
It spoilt a lovely evening with friends.

Their service is bloody garbage! Dont have a clue how they won the curry award! Must have paid the judges. The waiters are a bunch of idiots. The Verandah or Bengal Lancer are 100% better than this shit pit. They really need a new chef and staff. The young boy there is the biggest asshole in the world

I have just returned home from an evening at this restaurant and I can safely say it was the worst Indian meal I have ever had. We went as a party of six for my nieces birthday. The service was shocking with the waiters being abupt and rude. My meal was sent back twice as the chicken had not been cooked through. We had to ask for cutlery for main course were left waiting for the naan breads, drinks etc. I eventually had my meal when everyone else had finished. The food was bland I cannot believe how this restaurant could have won the award for best curry house in Wales. Were the judges drunk on complimentary drinks?
The restaurant was fully booked and the waiter did admit that there were not enough staff to deal with the demand. The chief was rushing the meals and sending out food not cooked enough. It was a highly disappointing evening. The price of my meal was deducted from the bill but the whole evening had been a disaster. I recommend sticking your local restaurant or takeaway.
