Dined in January and thought both the food & service were top notch, food well priced, well portioned, well presented & expertly executed. Service was efficient & friendly and was refreshing to find a fine dining restaurant which delivers good food and service with no pretence, not over-the-top formalities. Great wine list, well put together with a selection to cover all varietals. Well worth a visit!!

Wonderful addition to Manchester, top notch cuisine, top class service. Not massively fishy so not sure whether you can call it a seafood restaurant. That aside flavours were amazing, professional service which was friendly without being too pretentious. Nice uniforms!! Decor is quite odd, needs photos or pictures, does seem somewhat bare. Overall very good easily the best restaurant in Manchester with regards to food & service just other little issues need sorting. Well worth a visit for sure.

Booked Sole for my husbands birthday and took some friends with us. Have eaten out in many top class restaurants in Manchester but I can easily say this was one of the best meals I have had. We had a selection of dishes including soup, seafood, beef and fish. Every dish was so tasty and the chef is so passionate about his food. The staff were friendly and very attentive. I would recommend anyone to go especially if you are looking for good food and a good night. The restaurant has only been opened since December 2011, we will be going back.

Exquisite food, fabulous service, excellent value. We had the Christmas two course fixed price menu, and are already making plans to visit again in the new year.
