About Tabby Teas

Tabby Teas is Sheffield’s first cat café. It’s staffed by a team of 10 or so rescue cats – along with one or two humans – and the aim is to provide a relaxing and calming environment for both customers and cats to enjoy each other's company. Tabby Teas is open every day except Monday and Thursday from 10.30am to 6.30pm and you can pre-book for an hour session (except for moggy siesta time between 2pm and 3pm). There’s a selection of teas, coffees and cakes on the menu and whether you’re coming with a group of friends, or venturing by yourself for some kitty cuddles, you’ll have a purr-fect time.

We didnt enjoy our visit to Tabby Teas as we never arrived due to terrible weather conditions ( black ice). We emailed 3 times to try and reorganise but as of yet no one has replied. They took our money though so we are not very happy about it!

Me and my boyfriend went there around 17:30 so it was coming close to closing hours, the cats were still lively and playing whilst a couple were peacefully catnapping, namely John, cough. It was a really fun time and the cats were incredibly soft and looked after coat wise. We were given chicken to feed them twice which incurred a cat stampede and they were so gentle to take the chicken off of me (except one, you know who you are). My boyfriend was given a laser to use for the cats and he had such a fun time making them dizzy, poor things (Sorry Winston!!). They also chased the laser onto their wheel which was so funny to watch, if I was a cat I’d love that thing. We didn’t get any foods or drinks but they looked very pretty and delicious so I assume they are! Staff were super kind and interactive with the cats and the cats are constantly chasing them for attention which shows a sign of affection and trust already. Overall a lovely time!

Our first visit to TabbyTeas and it was brilliant the staff were really welcoming and the venue was relaxing and calm, and of course the cats were gorgeous. We had hot drinks and chocolate cake which was delicious.

My daughter and me have been coming to Tabby Teas since it opened and have a lovely time every time we visit. We love playing with the cats and remember all the ones that are no longer there . (We miss Olaf) The cakes are delicious and we have bought various cat related stuff as souvenirs. The staff are super friendly too. Well worth a visit.

The visit was part of my wife's Christmas present and it could not have gone better. Everything was perfect making it a very enjoyable experince. We vave visited previously and have never been dissapointed. It was lovely to see the new cats and strat to get to know them. Thank you for a wonderful day and for the love you give to the cats

We had a magical, relaxing time with the cats and staff. Wonderful cosy, seasonal ambience. Good coffee and delicious orange cake. The cats are so cute, happy and funny little characters.
