The Mere Golf Resort & Spa is situated on the outskirts of Knutsford amidst the beautiful Cheshire countryside, within easy reach of both Manchester and Chester. Diners have a choice between two restaurants: Browns Restaurant which offers two-AA-rosette gourmet dining and The Club Lounge with a more relaxed feel and an al fresco terrace overlooking the lake. Executive Head Chef Mark Fletcher has a ‘Nature to Plate’ philosophy, supporting local Cheshire suppliers and growing fruits, nuts, berries and honey within the grounds. Both restaurants have an excellent selection of cocktails, wines and spirits. The Mere has 81 bedrooms, conference, wedding and event space for up to 550 people, an award-winning spa and health club with heated indoor pool and the 18-hole Championship golf course.

The Club Lounge serves food every day right through from 7am-9.30pm. Browns Restaurant is open for Breakfast (6.30am-10am weekdays, 7am-10.30am weekends), Afternoon Tea (12.30pm-4pm daily) and Dinner (6.30pm-9.30pm). The Lobby menu is available for lunch and afternoon tea from 12.30pm – 4pm.
