We planned to go the bank restaurant in the vault Bolton my our friends. I called to see if we could make a reservation but was advised that they were not taking books and just to walk in and they will sit you down. I asked what is the possibility if we turned up at 7/7.30pm and I was rd there wouldn't be a problem. Well we turned up and the front of house was car rude and told us to come back in an hour if we can't find anywhere to eat. He has 45 parties in front of us and no you never called because we don't have a phone. So I showed hi. The number on my phone and he said you called bury road restaurant so you should leave as they will be waiting for you. We felt so disheartened that we just walked away as all the other guest were staring at us because the waiter was so rude and loud.
I would never go again. There are other restaurants in Bolton who are polite and helpful.
The moral of the story is never ever go to the bank unless you have booked or have 1 or 2 hours spare and also beware the waiter is rude and likes to humiliate you.

We have visited this wonderful new cafe/bar/grill on several occasions now. Each time being given a warm and friendly welcome and even making sure that on our last visit my husband had gluten free wraps with his sizzling steak platter. The food, drink and service has been excellent and without hesitation would recommend this establishment to everyone. We will return!
