Staff friendly as usual. Ordered the quiche, which was really nice as was the salad. Unfortunately, the potato salad not only was a bit hard but didn’t taste very fresh. I did mention it at the time but didn’t get a feedback. It won’t stop me going back but I won’t have anything with the potatoes on it next time.

I took my husband for a treat for Sunday breakfast , i have been several times and he has never been. We both had a wonderful breakfast, the food came out quickly and the staff are always so lovely. Its my go to place for breakfast , dinner or even just a coffee and cake. Added bonus always nice to walk round shop and nursery afterwards, gifts and garden plants a must.

Very disappointing lunch on Friday My friend did not enjoy her BLT - all far too greasy and the same for the goujons sandwich The fruit scone was stale and dry No one asked if everything was ok and when we asked for a card to be stamped for our coffees the answer was - we haven’t got any Fantastic gift shop but cafe standards are slipping

Really enjoyed our lunch yesterday, September 1st. Food was lovely, nice cheerful waitress who served our food but lady who served our drinks was very grumpy ! Will certainly come again.

As always excellent service and delicious breakfast. Our "Go to Place" for breakfast.

Lovely cooked breakfast , service a bit slow . I had to ask for our table to be cleared as we’d finished our breakfast . Would appreciate if the lady who was incharge I believe , could tie her Very Long Hair ,during service and work time please . Other ladies all had their hair tied up. Which I think is relevant when serving food etc .

We love it here but had not eaten the beef roast on a Sunday before. It looked beautifully presented and was hot. Horseradish sauce and Yorkshire particularly good and the beef perfect. As for the deserts. Cherry brulet and lemon meringue were two of the tastiest we’ve eaten. Service always great too
