Built in 1817, the Bishopstrow Hotel and Spa is an award-winning luxury hotel set in 27 acres of grounds near Warminster, on the borders of Wiltshire and Dorset and close to Longleat Safari and Adventure Park. A real retreat, the hotel provides peace and tranquility, combined with international standards of contemporary comfort and personal service. Whether it's a romantic break or a family holiday, Bishopstrow has plenty of facilities from the stylish and contemporary Halcyon Spa to the two-AA-rosette Mulberry Restaurant. The dining operation here is driven by Head Chef Andy Britton who has trained with some of the world's greatest chefs such as Michael Kitts, Andy Baxter, Albert Roux and Michael Caines. His focus is to prepare everything fresh, from the bread to the ice-cream, with an emphasis on utilising free range and sustainable produce as much as possible within his menus, sourced from the Estate and surrounding grounds.
