Pleasant rustic pub, with good beer and food that's, well, pizza.The pizzas are very good although, if our experience is anything to go by, the calzone is best avoided.

This is a continual favourite because it fits the bill on so many occasions. It is a great pub when the weather is good because the kids can play in the fantastic dedicated area, and there is always plenty of seating. Inside it is cosy and perfect for grown up evenings. The food is centered on the pizzas which are honestly the best I have tried outside of Italy, but they also have a range of other good dishes - my hubby's being the rack of ribs in BBQ sauce. The staff are friendly, and more importantly efficient. Good range of drinks and wine lists. The constant buzz in The Bull no matter the month of year, day of week or the time of day is testimony to its quality and consistency.
