About The Caxton Grill
Centrally located next to St James' Park, and close to both Westminster and Victoria, Caxton Grill is a new neighbourhood restaurant serving modern European cuisine that opened in August 2011. It's one of the few London venues with a Josper Grill and this imparts a distinct smoky charcoal flavour to the food. The head chef has many years experience working in London and overseas and his style of cooking encompasses influences from Italy, Spain and France with an emphasis on seasonality and sustainability. Signature dishes, cooked on the grill, include Laverstoke Park beef from Hampshire, ‘Label Anglais' chicken from Essex and Dover Sole from Cornwall. With its elegant reclaimed wood flooring, stylish decor and friendly and attentive service, the 70-cover restaurant is an ideal choice for lunch or dinner.
