About The Copper Cow

Situated on Burnley Road just outside Sowerby Bridge, The Copper Cow is a restaurant and bar with a varied menu specialising in steaks and gin. The menu changes seasonally offering a selection of steaks, signature burgers, kebabs, homemade pies, salads and desserts. Their Homemade Corned Beef Hash is a great example of the hearty food on offer. Vegetarian and vegan diners are catered for with options available on the menu and gluten-free dishes are also indicated. The drinks selection consists of continental lagers, draught ciders and IPA, hand-pulled local ales and a wide selection of gins, cocktails, wines and other spirits. The Copper Cow also has an outside area for the warmer months.

Sunday lunch was absolutely delicious and the beef cooked to perfection. Staff were so very helpful...........as a diabetic I didn't want the roast potatoes or mash and they very kindly gave me a small portion of cauliflower cheese instead. My friend has a very small appetite and was able to order the child's portion which she enjoyed immensely. Have been previously and will definitely return.

We were here for Christmas eve dinner as a couple and the service was amazing, the food was incredible and the prices were very good. The Steak & Ale Pie was the best I've had and overall everything was brilliant We'll definitely be back for more

One of the best roast meals around. I was pleasantly surprised as I've avoided this place due to parking. The food and atmosphere was amazing and we got parked with no problems. We'll definately come back.

We came to Copper Cow for a work Christmas lunch and we ate from the lunch menu. It was absolutely fabulous, food was delicious and the cheesecake was stunning, the most delicious I've ever had. The service was brilliant too. We will definitely return and will absolutely recommend this establishment. Thank you

All of our food was absolutely delicious, 2 main meals and 2 desserts. The only feedback my wife would say is that in the sticky toffee sundae, she would have preferred you to layer the cake and ice cream, so cake, ice cream, cake ice cream then the cream, just because by the time she got to the cake there was no cream or ice cream to eat with the cake, which made it slightly sickly....could also have slightly less cream she said. However everything was delicious and we had great service, the price was perfectly acceptable...just over £60 for 2 mains, 2 desserts and 2 drinks, nothing to complain about. 100% recommend! We will be back! Thankyou !
