About The Copper Cow

Situated on Burnley Road just outside Sowerby Bridge, The Copper Cow is a restaurant and bar with a varied menu specialising in steaks and gin. The menu changes seasonally offering a selection of steaks, signature burgers, kebabs, homemade pies, salads and desserts. Their Homemade Corned Beef Hash is a great example of the hearty food on offer. Vegetarian and vegan diners are catered for with options available on the menu and gluten-free dishes are also indicated. The drinks selection consists of continental lagers, draught ciders and IPA, hand-pulled local ales and a wide selection of gins, cocktails, wines and other spirits. The Copper Cow also has an outside area for the warmer months.

Really good value for money - for and drinks for 4. The food however was warm especially the apple pie rather than hot.

We had a lovely Easter Sunday lunch and particularly enjoyed the sharing plate which offered 3 different meats, delicious mash and gravy and a great selection of other vegetables. Also good wines by the glass available and a good choice of tradional desserts and ice-creams/sorbets. All in all a wonderful meal and good value for money.
