About The Copper Pot

The Copper Pot enjoys a prime location in the heart of Cardigan on the site of the old Commercial Hotel. The property has re-opened with a smart and stylish interior design and a great little beer garden to make the most of the sunshine. The menu features reasonably priced dishes from around the world ranging from steaks, burgers and southern fried chicken to Chimichurri king prawns, chicken shawarma and oven-baked salmon. And the bar does a mean cocktail too as well as a selection of craft beers, wines and spirits. The Copper Pot is open for lunch Wednesday to Sunday and dinner Monday to Saturday.

Lovely experience dining at the Copper Pot. The staff were super attentive. The food was lovely. They do great cocktails and the atmosphere is nice with low lighting and rustic charm. Thanks guys

Booked Sunday lunch last week for 4 of us. Food as always was amazing , so fresh and clean tasting. I ordered Beef but when i realized that it came quite medium I swapped with my partner who had ordered the Turkey. I am pregnant and didnt really want to eat beef that underdone. They didnt have ingridients fo the lychee mocktail but that didnt bother me. Asked for a warm table as it can be cold in there and we were put next to the radiator - so that was great. Staff great as always.
