About The Copper Pot

The Copper Pot enjoys a prime location in the heart of Cardigan on the site of the old Commercial Hotel. The property has re-opened with a smart and stylish interior design and a great little beer garden to make the most of the sunshine. The menu features reasonably priced dishes from around the world ranging from steaks, burgers and southern fried chicken to Chimichurri king prawns, chicken shawarma and oven-baked salmon. And the bar does a mean cocktail too as well as a selection of craft beers, wines and spirits. The Copper Pot is open for lunch Wednesday to Sunday and dinner Monday to Saturday.

Sunday lunch was excellent. Best we’ve had in a long time. Food was piping hot. There was an excellent selection of vegetables and plenty of them too. A very tasty meal. Staff as usual are brilliant and nothing is too much trouble for them. They are welcoming, polite and attentive. Well done Copper Pot- we shall be back very soon.
