About The Cottage
The Cottage may be a little off the beaten track but that hasn't stopped a host of famous faces making a bee-line for this famous Blackpool fish and chip shop over the years. Originally built as a farmhouse, the building dates back to 1856 and has been a fish and chip shop since 1920. Rick Stein singled out The Cottage in his Seafood Lover's Guide as having the best fish and chips in Blackpool. You can try them out for yourself either in the 56-seat licensed restaurant or from the takeaway counter. Private parties and coach parties are welcome.
