The Curious Fox is a restaurant, bar and hotel in the centre of Skipton, just a minute’s walk away from the High Street. It’s housed in an old ivy-clad farmhouse dating back to 1897 and has seven ensuite rooms if you fancy staying over. The main dining room has been restyled with a modern and relaxed feel with comfy chairs and atmospheric music. The menu features an eclectic selection of dishes from around the world - there’s Surf & Turf from the States, a vegan peanut curry from Thailand, scallops from Canada and free-range chicken from Yorkshire. You can relax in a separate bar area before or after your meal and when weather permits the tables out front are a great spot for al fresco dining or a drink.
