This place is a real find. Strikingly contemporary decor in the restaurant section gives a hint to the style and flair in the kitchen. The food was excellent. A simple salmon starter was absolutely delightful - who would have thought a cook could wring anything surprising out of that old favourite? I don't think there was a single thing on the menu that didn't look interesting or appetizing. It's a good 90 minute round trip from where I live, but I'm looking forward to returning as soon as possible.
