CLIVE BROWN
Visited on a Thursday lunchtime. It was quite busy indicating its popularity. Had booked a table. Enjoyed the carvery meal. My brother commented on the excellent choice of vegetables.

Visiting daughter for her birthday from 'up north'and this is her go to place. The carvery is well worth the £11.50 charged on a weekday. The pub is lovely and warm very welcoming. Nice beer garden to relax in after the meal too. Seemed to be a lot of local regular customers.

Eaten here loads of times but feel it’s gone down the last few visits. Meat was cold and tough, this time this is because it’s not being cut correctly not the severs fault if he’s not aware. Staff are always nice and friendly.
