The Huntsman Steakhouse is a new Hazel Grove venue opening on London Road in September 2022. Family run, it specializes in steaks and ribs with a good selection of wines, beers and cocktails. It seats just 26 diners so booking is essential. Open Wednesday to Sunday from 5pm with the last table at 8.30pm. Vegetarians catered for too.

We were a party of 7, for my husband's Birthday, service is very good, atmosphere is relaxed, the cocktails and wine are good. If you enjoy a top quality steak, this is restaurant is a little gem, we will definitely be returning.

Had a fantastic meal tonight, there was 14 of us on a special family meal. Staff were fantastic, the food was amazing, the chef delivered top class steaks cooked to everyone’s specifications. Highly recommended, especially Chateaubriand, superb, amazing.

First visit to The Huntsman, won't be the last. The food was excellent, well cooked, very tasty. The service was excellent as well, even down to me grumbling about cloudy beer which was meant to be cloudy and it tasted good anyway! Definitely recommend people try!
