I have just had the most appalling dining experience here. Our order was forgotten - no apology. Order was incomplete - no apology. My food had been microwaved (obviously at the last minute) and was vaguely hot in the middle and cold on the outside (vegetable curry dish). I complained and the dish was returned in the same condition. I complained again and said that I wouldn't eat food that would make me ill. I was told by the manager that the food would not harm me and that there was no problem. I explained that badly reheated vegetables ca make you ill. The manager again insisted that this was not true. I said that I would not pay for the meal and he said he would only take a few pounds off the bill. I asked for his email so that I could send him information on how to cook vegetables and how not cooking them properly can cause stomach upsets. He declined and said he would check this out himself and still insisted that I was wrong. I will never go to this restaurant again and would recommend that potential restaurant goers give it a wide berth. What happened to the customer being right! I ended up having a heated argument with the manager which left a very sour taste in my mouth.
