Very relaxed and the food is fantastic!!
Paulo who owns it will make you feel very welcome and gives it that personal touch which you just do not get at so many places.

Never had a bad meal here yet. Setting is good but somewhat "cosy". Atmosphere is great music just right and staff great. Only down side is that the menu is written on a mirror and if people are dining near there you feel like you are staring at them.

Simply the best restaurant around! We have been going there for over 10yrs and are never disappointed, in fact, we feel like family now. Paulo is the perfect host, welcoming, funny and open. The food is amazing - I have never had a bad dish. The atmosphere is warm and friendly and the prices are excellent!! Now that we have a daughter, it is perfect for families. Kids can enjoy the Scarlett chicken - named after our daughter!! For a celebration, a quick meal out, a romantic dinner for two or just to catch up with friends, you couldn't do better than the Old Bill. Do yourselves a favour and book in now!!!

I have been visiting the Old Bill for over 10 years and find it as good now as i always have. Paulo is extremely welcoming and in my opinion the person below is wrong, he is not arrogant and continues the Marco tradition of making the evening relaxed and an absolute joy every time. The food is honest, tasty and you know exactly what you are going to get. The sea bass and lamb are especially good and i would recommend to anyone. Long Live the Old Bill

Been dining at The Old Bill Oldham for as long as I can remember we have hired the whole restaurant for my Nieces confirmation and enjoyed many family celebrations in the friendly warm atmosphere of this restaurant which is owed to the friendly welcoming attitude of the Manager Paulo and all his staff. We recommend it to everyone and anyone and nobody has been disappointed yet. Fantastic Food , good value for money and the best Sexy Mushrooms I have ever tasted!!!
