Great food and cracking atmosphere, this place is a real gem and deserves to be the only Greek restaurant in the Good Food guide 2011 as the waiter/manager proudly boasted. A thoroughly enjoyable evening will be back soon!

Great place, always delivers on food and service is very friendly - great atmosphere on a Saturday night with Greek music and dancing. Only negative is that it can be a little chilly sometimes so take a cardy!!

I was fortunate enough to eat here on Friday and can I say that this was the best meal I have had in ages…we had the Meze for 2 and every dish that we had was amazing, they also have live music on too so it creates a lovely atmosphere and the service is excellent too! You must give this place a try…thank you for a great night.

I was actually really disappointed. I was expecting a fantastic experience. Unfortunately, the food wasn't quite up to the prices and one of the waiters was really rude to us. The restaurant is beautiful inside but the cheap tables and conference centre chairs didn't match the austere architecture, or again the menu prices. I think there are so many excellent restaurants in Leeds for the same price.
Oh, also, the rude waiter also stung us for the not optional 'optional' tip - which again was quite presumptuous!

The food tasted ok, but was chain restaurant quality. Also, the menu did not portray what was put infront of us.
The restaurant was dirty, waiters were not helpful and the food was also expensive, at £20 each for starter, main and one drink each (bearing in mind, one was a soft drink for the driver!)
We will not be going back to this restaurant.

Recently visited this establishment and I thought the food was excellent the service was efficient and good. Would definitely visit again when in Leeds.

Went to the Olive Tree in Chapel Allerton for the first time. Was very impressed with the service and food. Overall bill for 3 people was £126 which I think is very reasonable for the good quality. Only slight downside was the fact the place was so popular they wanted us to leave our table and have coffee upstairs so they could get the next set of diners in, but the free orange liquers put paid to any upset. All in all a very good restaurant and I would definitely like to go back. Highly recommend.

Me and my partner ate here on the 5th of April. We had dolmades and tatziki to start followed by a chicken and a lamb stefado (spelt wrong) The food was very nice but the restaurant could have done with being a lot warmer, it was early when we ate and not very full, but it was positively chilly. The friendly cat outside the restaurant made a nice touch though. Overall very pleasant but not somewhere I will be rushing back to, can't put my finger on it but something was lacking in my opinion.

This place (Chapel Allerton restaurant) is a little gem. Why aren't there places like this in Greece? Food is ridiculously delicious. I had the Lamb and feta and my missus had the mix fish. Best restaurant North Leeds has to offer.

Went on Friday night, food was great and atmosphere good with live entertainment. Much nicer than the Chapel A and Headingley restaurants.
