I love Brewers Fayre.Their meals are so good and very reasonable prices. A good menu choice. Comfortable seating and a very clean restaurant. Been to Guildford Parkway several times and the one in Portsmouth, Absolutley fab.

My friend and I dined in your restaurant early this evening with our children, and found the customer service was very poor from when we sat down we didnt get told that one we ordered our refillable drinks that we ask for more rather than there being a machine, my friend asked how some things from menu what they come with she was like to be honest I don't no I don't think this is very professional, we got our meals and my friends was wrong so had to wait longer for hers to come out, ordered puddings asking mine to be warm come out stone cold didn't bother asking to reheat as it to long enough to come out poor attitude from staff there was lots of lady staff Los we never got asked if our meals were ok, overall poor service! !
