About The Queens Arms Orlingbury

Located in the village of Orlingbury in Northamptonshire, the QA public house and kitchen has served as the village pub since 1750. Under new management since it reopened in April 2021 following an extensive remodelling, the pub boasts a cosy interior, a large and relaxed beer garden and double kitchens for double the food! Running all year round, the QA Kitchen served classic pub meals with a twist, aiming to cater for all with veggie, vegan and gluten free options. From steak and chips to a feta and watermelon salad, the QA Kitchen has a wide variety of home-made meals to choose from as well as a small plates menu which is perfect for those who like to share or try lots of cuisines. Choices range from hot honey halloumi fries to steak chimichurri tacos and loaded nachos. In the summer months and with pop-ups throughout winter, the outdoor street food kitchen WYTHIES takes up residence in the beautiful beer garden serving its infamous loaded fries, unique burger combos and hotdogs – with a range of veggie, vegan and gluten free options too. The QA also has a wide variety of drinks including local ales, specially crafted cocktails, boutique gin pairings and a wine list carefully curated by Amps Wine Merchants.

Best roast in Northants! It’s hard to find a good vegetarian option with a roast and this one was just perfect and great value for money!

Love The Queens Arms. The best Sunday Roast absolutely delicious. The cauliflower cheese is fantastic so cheesy. Great garden to sit and enjoy drinks after lunch. The perfect Sunday afternoon

We went to the Queens Arms in Orlingbury for Sunday lunch. It was a lovely pub with very friendly service. The food (we both had the roast chicken) was excellent and very generous portions. We have been before and will certainly be going back.

A lovely clean pub, food was delicious perfectly cooked beef, roast potatoes could have been better as mushy and not crispy, dessert wasn’t to our liking, I would say maybe offering three different meats and to have a combination would have been a nice option, will definitely come back and try the regular menu

Attentive and friendly staff, great location and most importantly, great food. Highly recommend

Lovely pub. First time visiting and will most definitely come back. Yorkshire Pud was better than anything I've had before. Beef was delicious, tender and cooked perfectly. Lovely gravy. I'd say the roast potatoes were nice but not as good as Tobys, that's probably the only thing they do better though. Portion size was big, I would've possibly liked another carrot on the plate, only half of one given. Desserts were lovely but a tad unexciting. Wouldn't hesitate to return overall.
