About The Queens Head

The Queen’s Head is Pinner's oldest inn with a history dating back to at least 1540. A former Greene King Pub of the Year, it has an extensive selection of well-kept ales, lagers and ciders and food is served from 12 noon onwards every day. The lunch and dinner menu has a choice of eight main courses plus there are also separate Pizza and Piadina menus. The Queen’s Head has outside seating to the front and rear and a large car park with charging facilities. Regular events include Quiz Nights and Board Game Nights.

We went there as a family group of 5 (all adults). We did the £8.95 lunchtime deal, which was excellent value, especially compared with so many places that double their prices in the run up to Christmas. Service was attentive and helpful. If you have a larger appetite you might wish to add on a side dish - for me it was just the right amount for lunch. It was a nice touch to be given Christmas crackers and for the hot drinks to be served with mince pies.

Visited in 2003 and 2004, for lunch. Real old world charm,. My lunches excellent. When in Pinner, do stop in for a meal!
