Located in Darwen town centre, it offers locally sourced cuisine cooked fresh every day with a wide selection of drinks to choose from, including craft ales, wines and cocktails. The menu has developed a lot in the past couple of years to cater to local feedback and demand, keeping the classic pub grub cuisine alive with the chef’s very own twist on things for that homey touch that everyone loves. ‘The Mike’ – as the chef is known – has created signature specials such as Chicken Tikka Lasagne, Sriracha Chicken with chorizo mash and Breaded Chorizo cheese bites.
