About The Townhouse

The Townhouse is an independent pub and kitchen situated in the market town of Lymington.  Whether you’re sat by the fire in winter or soaking up the summer sunshine in the garden, it’s the perfect spot to grab a quick drink or a bite to eat with friends. There are separate Bar and Small Plates menus plus the popular Sunday Roast menu and Lymington Lunch Club on Thursdays and Fridays. Book online for The Lounge or it’s first come, first served for the bar and garden. Dogs are welcome both indoors and outside. The Townhouse also has a Quiz Night every Wednesday and live music from 9pm on Fridays and Saturdays.

It was very easy to book, wonderful welcome, we were running late but they were understanding on the phone and did not make a fuss. The service was lovely and made us welcome from my three year old granddaughter to Grandma, who’s a little older. The Roast was beautiful presented and with an exceptional lovely chef, who spent time explaining how he made the red cabbage sauce. Thank you for a lovely meal which we all enjoyed. We been many times and the service has not changed 10/10

Easy to book, wonderful warm welcome and service with exactly the right amount of unobtrusive attention. My 103-yr-old grandmother thoroughly enjoyed her roast beef- praised absolutely every element, and she has had quite a lot of roast dinners in her time! Small plates are sublime- and beautifully presented. This is an exceptional venue with an exceptional chef and charming staff. Also astonishing value for money- I checked the bill twice because I thought you must have undercharged us! Thank you so much!
