Open all day, every day The Warwickshire Lad is a country pub with bags of atmosphere. It’s at Wood End, between Tamworth-in-Arden and Solihull, and serves great home-cooked food, real ales and some interesting wines in a relaxed and refurbished interior with rich fabrics and a traditional pub feel. As well as the main menu, there are Chef’s Specials (including a Fish of the Day) and a choice of roasts on Sundays. There’s a log fire in winter providing a warm welcome and a beer garden and decked area which really come into their own in summer.
