This place is a fantastic find - situated on the Shropshire-Cheshire border. The pub is beside the llangollan canal in open countryside. There's a kids play area & outside seating. The food is good pub grub. I had the cod & chips which was amazing. My hubby love meat & all the steak is local. My kids loved the cold roast ham, which was hand carved & so much nicer than the plastic stuff you get in places. I would recommend this place to families & couples of all ages who want to enjoy a plateful of great pub grub
