Very nice pub - great food and entertainment with good grounds and parking. Especially like the quizzes - best in the area.

I was very disappointed with the Landlord and Landlady. We heard from some people in the garden that he has got rid of all the old regular customers and is not family friendly at all. I must admit we have been to the Woolpack a couple of years ago and had the most enjoyable evening but could not say the same about our last visit. It is only a pub for gods sake where you should be able to enjoy yourself. I have heard though that there will be a Beefeater opening in Burgess Hill this year and as we are moving to Burgess Hill will definitely be using that for our personal and business use.

we went there on sat night 19th april.plenty of choice and nice sized portions.will definately return at some time soon...staff and service very nice

The setting is very impressive next to the pond(with plenty of ducks!) All staff very friendly and very good pub grub. Seating is excellent for large numbers and great range of beers. My only issue is the toilets need a little modernising. Definitely worth a trip for the beer battered cod & chips.
