the upper boat is one of the crown carveries chain not brewers fayre I have ate there many times it is always a great meal and good value the staff are friendly and helpful highly recommend

we have visited the pub and carvery at upperboat treforest and would like to tell you that we were well impressed with the standard of food and the service from your staff who are very friendly also it is very good value and we shall continue to call regularly and we have recommended you to our friends and family look forward to our next visit. we were very surprised after seeing your web page that toby carverys are also run by your company our last few visits to the toby carvery at the masons manorway cardiff was terrible ,at our last visit the food was uneatable i told staff thy said that thy were closing shortly and i said thy should supply food that is eatable until thy close it was early evening there was more customers going in there and looking at the carvery and walking back out as the food was dry and burnt. we recommend the chef and staff visit your upper boat establishment and take note of the way the staff work and the very good food is served im sure that it will be a very successful restaurant as the staff are very positive with the service thy provide
