Very disappointed. Visited here on a one night stay to Newcastle. I ordered fish cakes for starters which were rubbery, grey and the fish was unrecognisable. I asked the waiter what fish it was and he commented that he didn't know because it was pre-packed! I didn't eat them and refused to pay for them when they appeared on the bill. They also brought out the wrong main course and still served my rice before going back to the kitchen, so my rice was cold by the time my ordered main arrived. My husband also suffered stomach aches through the night. Would never return and I have fed this back to the free Newcastle pocket guide as I think it should be removed.
