About Verdes Restaurant

Verdes Restaurant is a welcoming Italian and Mediterranean restaurant in Eccleston near Chorley, set in a beautiful waterside location. Ideal for relaxed lunches, evening dining, and special occasions, Verdes serves freshly prepared dishes inspired by authentic Italian flavours. Guests can enjoy daily lunch and dinner specials, along with great-value early bird options. Families are always welcome, with children under 10 eating free on Saturdays and Sundays from 12pm–5pm. The restaurant is managed by Slava, whose hands-on approach ensures a warm, friendly atmosphere and excellent service. The kitchen is led by Naples-born Head Chef Giuseppe Cioffi, bringing over 20 years of experience to every dish. Locally sourced produce is used wherever possible, with gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian options available.

Lovely evening at Verdes. First time we had been there. Excellent meal, very friendly service and nice atmosphere. We will definitely be revisiting. Shame there wasn’t a creme brûlée on the dessert menu!!!

Went yesterday a party of four of us, on this occasion we all had pizza's and garlic bread with cheese and mushrooms, the pizza's where large with plenty of toppings and not a thick base which was good, all four pizzas were delicious. For dessert we ordered a Tiramisu and two cheese cakes and one chocolate fudge cake all the desert's were exceptional very good as always, The staff are great very happy and friendly friendly thier service is brilliant and you always get a warm greeting on arrival , great choice of menu anything we have ordered of the menu has always been really good, there is a two corse lunch menu a early bird evening menu, we have been lunch time and evening it's always been good.

A friend of the family have been raving about the brilliant 'Tuesday Lunchtime Deal' at Verdes in Eccleston where any Pasta or Pizza is only £6.95. My wife and decided to give it a try and so glad we did. The Management, Staff, Food, Service and Atmosphere was amazing. I thought the portions may be smaller as it's only £6.95 but I was wrong, full size tasty portions were brought to our table with a smile.
